Online Courses
Self Care = Self Knowing
A 6 module course for Healthcare Providers, Mental Health Professionals, and Educators who are experiencing burnout and compassion fatigue to connect with themselves more deeply by using mindfulness techniques, and tools and strategies to cultivate a more present, engaged, and balanced life.
Introduction to Mindfulness
This is a 5 week class exploring body, heart, and mind practices. By the end of this class you will have all the tools you need to engage in an independent meditation practice with confidence.
Free Resources
Mindfulness Offerings for the Community
Available hourly, half day, and as a class series. Offerings include: Introduction to Mindfulness, Mindfulness of Body, Mindfulness of Thoughts, Mindfulness of Emotions, the practice of RAIN (recognize, allow, investigate, nurture), and specific themes including compassion and forgiveness.
Monthly mindfulness talks and sitting can be accessed here.
SERVICE FEES

♡ California Residents: I accept private pay only at this time/telehealth only.
♡ Colorado Residents: I accept private pay and insurance through the Sondermind platform/telehealth only.
♡ Individual Therapy Rate: $190.00 per 50 minute session/telehealth only.
♡ 6 Week Groups: $60 per session, payment for full group cycle to be paid upfront: $360

I am a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. I have worked as an administrator at a meditation retreat center serving hundreds of participants each year. I am a meditation instructor within the Shambhala Buddhist lineage and have had my own personal meditation practice since 2008. I am interested in Mindful Leadership and developing healthy workplace and community environments.
