Therapy for Individuals Navigating Burnout, Grief, and Identity Transitions

Certified IFS Therapist & Mindfulness-Based Therapy

(Telehealth)

Does this sound like you?

From the outside, your life may look steady.

You manage responsibilities. You show up for others. You hold things together. And yet, internally, you may feel exhausted, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed.

Perhaps you are navigating a demanding career, a relationship shift, the loss of a parent, or a deeper questioning of who you are becoming. You may function well in the world while feeling far from yourself.

Therapy can be a space to slow down and listen inward.

A Different Kind of Space

I work with thoughtful, self-aware adults who are carrying significant responsibility and navigating transitions that ask for deeper reflection. Our work is not about fixing you. It is about understanding the internal patterns that once helped you survive and succeed, and creating space for something more sustainable.

Through Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness-based therapy, we gently explore the parts of you that strive, protect, over-function, or carry old burdens. Rather than pushing those parts away, we approach them with curiosity and compassion.

You do not have to do this alone.

How I Work

I am a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. I integrate IFS with mindfulness-based therapy and draw from DBT and CBT when helpful.

IFS helps us understand the different parts within you. The part that over-functions, the part that feels overwhelmed, the part that strives, and the parts that may still carry earlier wounds. Rather than trying to eliminate these parts, we approach them with curiosity and respect.

Mindfulness creates the space to observe your internal experience without judgment, strengthening your capacity to respond thoughtfully rather than react automatically.

Over time, this work can support you in:

  • Softening self-criticism

  • Understanding and shifting long-standing patterns

  • Regulating your nervous system

  • Moving through burnout, grief, or transition with greater steadiness

  • Clarifying what feels aligned in this next phase of your life
