HOW WE CAN WORK WELL TOGETHER

The therapeutic relationship is a key component to successful therapy. I believe wholeheartedly that feeling safe and supported in therapy allows you to explore and work with challenging feelings, emotions, experiences, and subject matter. We will work together to foster healthy coping mechanisms, connect to your feelings, and align your heart with your mind. Together we will create vision and clarity. We’ll work on discovering your inherent confidence, wisdom, and worthiness. To do so, it is important that you find the right fit in a therapist.

 

  • I recognize and respect human dignity. I help you access your inner strength and resources to work through current challenges as well as what arises from the past. Your whole self is welcome here and I am committed to creating a safe environment for emotional exploration.

  • My orientation is strength based, present-focused, and solution-oriented. I work within the Internal Family Systems Framework, exploring how to befriend yourself with curiosity, self-compassion, and acceptance decreasing inner conflict and confusion. I utilize mindfulness and somatic practices to create greater connection and trust with your inner experience. I offer DBT and CBT skills and strategies to address cognitive and behavior challenges. We will work together to identify your goals for therapy and discuss what specific treatment modalities are likely to be the best fit for your individual growth. It is important that you feel the work we do together is meaningful, therefore we will periodically review your goals for therapy and feel you are making progress. We will engage in acceptance of your whole self while integrating the changes you desire. Growth is cyclical and sometimes breaks from therapy are indicated to integrate new learning and ways of being. I always invite and open and honest conversation about what will be most beneficial for you on your therapeutic journey.

    Looking inward can be difficult and successful therapy is dependent on your investment in your own growth.

  • Through the process of self-reflection, we increase self-knowledge by taking an honest look at what is causing suffering in our lives. We also work to develop ways to move through stuck places and habitual patterns that may have developed out of necessity, but that are now getting in the way.

SERVICE FEES

  • ♡ California and Colorado Residents: I accept private pay only at this time/telehealth only.

    ♡ Individual Therapy Rate: $190.00 per 50 minute session/telehealth only.

    ♡ 6 Week Groups: $60 per session, payment for full group cycle to be paid upfront: $360
