Welcome! I am a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher in Colorado and California.

Life can pull you in many direction. You may find yourself caring for others, meeting expectations, and managing responsibilities until you lose touch with your own needs and inner sense of self. You may find yourself feeling anxious, exhausted, or emotionally numb. Old wounds or patterns may resurface, leaving you caught between who you’ve had to be and what your heart truly needs or wants to become.

Over time, the constant pressure to hold it all together can lead to self-criticism, overwhelm, or a quiet disconnection from your own Self. You may long for relief, understanding, and a way to come home to yourself again.

I offer a space to slow down and listen inward. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, you’ll learn to meet every part of your experience with curiosity and compassion and rediscover the steady, compassionate Self that can guide your healing. Using Internal Family Systems (Certified and Level 2 trained), mindfulness-based approaches, DBT, and CBT, I’ll support you in coming home to yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s present, foster inner connection, and cultivate the tools that help you live with greater clarity, ease, and joy.

What Is IFS Therapy?

IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a gentle yet powerful model of therapy that helps you explore and heal the different “parts” within you. Protective parts that work hard to keep you safe and the wounded parts that carry pain or shame from earlier experiences.

Rather than trying to fix or get rid of these parts, we approach them with curiosity and compassion. Through this process, you can:

  • Understand and soften inner conflicts

  • Release long-held burdens from trauma and stress

  • Access your natural capacity for calm, clarity, and connection

  • Experience a deeper sense of self-leadership and peace

The Role of Mindfulness

Mindfulness complements IFS beautifully. It offers the awareness and spaciousness needed to notice your parts without judgment. In sessions, we practice slowing down, tuning in, and meeting each part of your experience with compassion.

Through mindful presence, you learn to:

  • Respond rather than react

  • Soothe your nervous system

  • Build resilience and self-trust

  • Create room for joy, rest, and authenticity

Who I Work With

I work with adults who are ready to slow down, turn inward, and approach their healing with curiosity and care. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling burned out, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. I specialize in supporting healthcare providers, mental health professionals, and educators who are used to being the helpers — those who listen deeply, hold space for others, and show up again and again, often at the expense of their own needs. Over time, this can lead to depletion, overwhelm, or a loss of connection with yourself. The coping strategies that once worked may no longer bring relief, and you may simply need a place where you don’t have to be the steady one. This is a place to pause, be seen, and be supported as you reconnect with your own needs and inner wisdom.

Although I specialize in working with helping professionals, I welcome adults from all backgrounds and life experiences, creating a safe and respectful environment where every part of your story is welcome.
